Project: Big Sky School Employee Housing

During FY20, funds were used to secure contractors for the excavation, site preparation, architectural services, wages for on-site construction supervision, and rental of equipment needed for excavation and site prep. Going forward, additional funding will be used to pay for the SIPs – the exterior walls, flying trusses, wages for on-site supervision, and other related cost for subcontract work.
